IanVille The people of IanVille are a peaceful people. They have developed over the years, and have a long history.
The History of IanVille IanVille was formed when the Chinese were at war with the U.S. There were 5 men who were spies and found out that the Chinese were planning a nuclar bombing. They warned the nation about it, but the president didn’t do anything about it. The 5 men ( Ian, Grayson, Joel, Darrion, and Max) warned the people, and got about 5,000 people to follow them to be safe from the bombing underground. After the bombing, the 5 men, now known as the Great 5, helped rebuild the nation, and they all split up into 5 different tribes, each one of the Great 5 ruling a different tribe. There were 5 new main tribes formed, IanVille, BoltVille, BulletVille, DarVille, and SteelVille, as well as the dozens of other small tribes with the wild people in them.
This is the flag of IanVille. The Elmblem is the middle circle. The nation’s colors are neon pink and green. They were chosen because they are bright colors, and they represent the bright future of IanVille
Government in IanVille IanVille is a monarchy form of government. King Ian and his ancestors have been ruling over the land for thousands of years. The king of IanVille has the right to search houses and do what he wants. The king must have a queen to rule while the king is in war our in other places. Once the king dies, His son will be the new ruler. The king gives orders on how to handle money, wars, and other matters. The king isn’t allowed to leave unless he goes to war or a meeting. The king has his family rule little things, but only his sons and daughters and wife.
Landscape In IanVille The landscape in IanVille is a smooth, hilly prairie. There is a forest about 2 miles east of the capitol city. The prairie has a river about 3,700 miles long that travels across the whole landscape. The river is called the ING River, the initials of King Ian. The river is the main water source across the land, without it, there would be no life. The forest is full of mainly pine, maple, oak, and willow trees. There is one tree in the forest, a 13,000 year old redwood tree, said to be the god of nature called Pamarama in a form to watch over every living thing.
Food in IanVille The People of IanVille have many food sources. The hunters of IanVille hunt many animals that the people of the U.S. did such as rabbit, deer, elk, moose, bear, mountain lion, and turkey. There are also farmers in IanVille that grow grapes, apples, corn, rice, peas, cotton, tomatoes and wheat. Ranchers raise all sorts of animals. There are two types of ranchers, meet ranchers and resource ranchers. Meet ranchers keep raise animals such as deer, cow, bull, sheep, ostrich and goat to raise until they are big, than kill them to be used as food. Resource ranchers keep the same animals, but don’t kill them, they keep them to use for milk and eggs, or even to help with labor for farmers.
Schools Rules in IanVille IanVille has 3 schools. All the schools are exactly the same, with the same rules and expectations. All kids are sent to school at the age of 13. They are there to live and be raised until the age of 27. For every year a student passes at least 20 out of 23 classes, the move up a rank, starting at rank 1. If the once the student is rank 15, he or she graduates and moves on to start a new life. If the graduated student isn’t married by the age of 30, they are forced into a life of either farming or ranching. There are 23 different classes, teaching both education and the ways of life. Schools started doing this because teenagers used to sabotage IanVille, so they are sent away after becoming a teen, to 14 years of school.
School in IanVille Students in school must be in class by 5:00 a.m. or they will be forced to work 3 hours of chores around camp. The day lasts from 5:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There are 23 different subjects, each student is required to spend 30 minutes every day except Wednesday with each. The teachers are math, reading, science, language, history, social studies, geography, spelling, manners, fishing, hunting, farming, parenting, art, workshop, cooking, gathering, sculpting, P.E., bull riding, tree chopping, bull riding, and mining. Students can spend the rest of the night with chores until 6:00 p.m., then have until 8:00 p.m. to hang out with friends and practice their subjects. They must be in their dorm by 8:00 p.m., and be in bed with lights out by 9:00 p.m.
Housing in IanVille There are many different forms of housing in IanVille. The people of don’t buy their house, they are assigned a house. They get assigned a house depending on their job, people that do hard and well paid jobs, get a better house. Houses are made of different materials depending on the job of the owner. Well paid people will get houses made of brick or marble, while farmers, hunters, and fishers will get houses made of wood, stone, or grass and mud. There are houses all over IanVille, they come in many shapes and sizes.
Jobs in IanVille There are many different jobs in IanVille. Students coming out of school have until the age of 30 to find a job and get married. If they aren’t they are forced into the lowest paid and favored jobs, farming, ranching, gathering, hunting, or fishing. There are the same jobs there were when the U.S. was destroyed, and some were added. The most respected and best paid job is mining, because it is the most dangerous and is has the longest working hours. Workers are paid in food and shelter, and some extra to buy luxuries, according to the job. There can be no more the 37 people across IanVille doing the same job. There are hundreds of different jobs, from the basics such as cooking, to the exotic such as a vegetable picker.
Religion in IanVille The people of IanVille believe and worship many different gods. The people of IanVille believe there is a god for every object and food. They go to a national ceremony every 9 ½ suns. They worship and prey to all their gods there. Each person has the chance to give an offering to a certain god, but they are not required to. The people base a lot of their life on their religion, and if they don’t come to every ceremony, they will be severely punished.
Imports and Out ports in IanVille IanVille has became a very wealthy economy over the past years. But they didn’t start off like that. IanVille trades with the 5 neighboring lands, with his old friends. IanVille trades water to BoltVille in exchange for exotic animals. IanVille uses the exotic animal as a way for milk or special clothing, or even entertament, which makes it a good tourist attraction. IanVille has built many trading routes around the land, which has made them very rich. IanVille also sells materials from mines such as gold, iron, copper, and diamond to other tribes. IanVille has no wood around them so they trade iron for wood with BulletVille.
Inventions in IanVille IanVille has come up with many inventions over the years. IanVille has invented chariots in war, a shocking wooden barricade, and even regular tools made of gold melted down, then have iron added, to create a material so strong, it is unbreakable, but it is very rare and expensive. IanVille has also invented the 7 wheeled wagon, the war 2 man slingshot, and the and ice sculpting.
