Introduction • Although you may know Purchase Manager inside and out, there is always more to learn. • This session will explore several tips, tricks and shortcuts that have been created by ProcureIt developers and users in the field. • Whether you’re new to Purchase Manager or a longtime user, everyone should come away with something they didn’t know before.

Tips, Tricks, & Shortcuts • Resolving the “Too Many Login Attempts” message(All Versions) • Microsoft has changed the “Delete Browsing History” settings in Internet Explorer 8 and higher. • Clear Cookies and restart your browser to unlock the login screen. • If ProcureIt is bookmarked as a favorite, be sure to uncheck the “Preserve Favorites website data” option.

This should be an .html file if possible.

Tips, Tricks, & Shortcuts • Multiple Managers(9.0 +) • Many organizations base approval routing on the relationship between user and manager. • What if a user reports to more than one manager, or works on multiple projects? • ProcureIt has a “Multiple Managers” function that allows a Requester to specify which manager should be the first approver for a specific request. • User Attributes

Tips, Tricks, & Shortcuts • Order Approval Rerouting(10.5 +) • Approvers and/or Buyers that make changes to the order request in price, vendor, or GL codes can now be re-routed back through the approval process. • Allows additional control and visibility on changes made to the request during approval. • Enforces more robust approval controls and compliance, such as SOX.
