  4. Meadow capacity 800-3,000. Grass terraces will offer seating with space for lawn furniture. House sound and video feed routed to meadow for projection with screen/speakers on informal stage. Next Steps Get Everyone Involved • Continue emphasis on large donor & corporations -naming right • Expand on-line donation program • Increase citizen involvement/volunteers • Seek donations of all sizes-multi levels • Expansion of City Fund Raising Teams • Finalize bid process documentation • Formally bid project before year-end • Establish GMP and award contract by Jan./Feb. 2010 Now is time to bid the project!
