Leadership Self-Assessment Directions: • Consider yourself in each statement • If you are a younger sister, feel free to use other facets of involvement besides Tau Beta Sigma to gauge your answers • Answer the way that you truly feel, not the way that others view you
Iron-Clad Leader • 90-100 • Top Leader; Should be mentoring and developing other leaders
Iron-Fortified Leader • 80-89 • Strong Leader; With continued growth will become an iron-clad leader; should be mentoring other leaders
Iron-Enriched Leader • 70-79 • Rising Leader; This person should have opportunities to lead and mentor others
Iron-Supplement • 60-69 • Has leadership potential; This person should be assigned a mentor for growth
Iron-Deficient • 0-59 • Is not prepared for leadership responsibility; Needs substantial training to grow and develop
