  14. DRESS CODE There is a mandatory uniform policy for students in the SAUSD at Monroe Elementary All students are expected to participate in wearing the appropriate uniforms. Under state legal guidelines, parents who decide that they do not wish their child to wear uniforms may speak with the principal. The acceptable list of colors is indicated below: • Pants/Shorts/Skirts/Jumpers : Navy blue, Red, Black, Khaki • Polo Shirts (solid colors) -White, Red, Navy Blue, Black, • Sweaters (solid colors) Navy Blue, Black, Red, White CODIGO DE ROPA • Hay una póliza mandataría de uniforme para todos los alumnos/as del Distrito Unificado de Santa Ana en la escuela Monroe. Todos los alumnos/as tienen que participar. Sobre las normas legales del Estado, todos los padres que decidan que su hijo/hija no usen el uniforme tienen que hablar con la directora.
