CLICK Click on the Admin Console link under the green Sign In button.Note: Only users who have been given access to the Admin Console may use this portal.
CLICK Log on to the iLearnNYC Admin Console using your DOE User Name and Password.(These are the same credentials used when signing on to Microsoft Outlook for your email.)Click Log On.
CLICK To access the Admin Console reporting tool,select the Reports menu item at the top of the screen.
CLICK Click on Create New Report.
Select the report format. SELECT
Enter the report parameters (e.g. School, Vendor, Staff, Students).
Click Request Report and then click OK to close the Change Report Name window. CLICK
Click My Reports CLICK
Types of Admin Console Reports • iLearnNYCYear- to Date Summary of Teacher Activity for the Week Ending via Vendor Reports summarize teacher activity in each course on a Year-to-Date basis.
Types of Admin Console Reports • iLearnNYCStudent Progress/Activity for the Week Ending _ via Vendor Reports detail student progress in each course reported on a weekly basis.
Types of Admin Console Reports • iLearnNYCCourse Offerings by School via Admin Console Report lists all of a school’s iLearnNYC courses in which there are student enrollments. It includes information about who is teaching the course and which vendor content is being used in each course.
Types of Admin Console Reports • iLearnNYCStudent Enrollment Report by School via Vendor Reports contain detailed information on student enrollments, including school, course code, title, and licenses for each course in which a student is enrolled.
