Frog Soup. Ingredients. ½ an onion 250g frozen peas 1 tea spoon garlic 2 springs of mint from the garden 1 stock cube 50ml double cream. Instructions. Go to the garden and collect 2 sprigs of mint. Chop half an onion. Fry the onion until it’s soft.

Instructions • Go to the garden and collect 2 sprigs of mint. • Chop half an onion. • Fry the onion until it’s soft. • Add the garlic, made up stock and peas. • Boil until soft. • Add chopped mint. • Blend using hand blender. • Stir in cream. • Serve your frog soup!
