Problems and Solutions in National ERMS • Problems • During part wise entry if the dropdowns (Tehsil, Village, Patwar, ILR etc.) show “No Records”. • A single assembly Constituency present in more than 1 district. • Solutions • The user can go to master forms, create new entry for the desired dropdown and return to part wise data entry form to proceed further. • Selection of district is provided in part wise data entry form level in case of assembly constituency present in multiple district
Claim & Objection Publishing on Website of Election Department
Claim & ObjectionModule Polling Station-wise list of claims and objections with drill down to individual forms • Above forms are available at Home Page of ceorajasthan.nic.in “applications received continuous updation 2013” • All applications of form-6, 6A, 7, 8 & 8A of all 200 AC’s of State in this facility • Option for publishing the application to be received during continuous updation -2013 is also available on website as “Application Received in continuous updation -2013”
SMS Query Response System • SMS based querying system for citizens • Information of voter’s data such as name, relative name, age, sex, polling station name can be received both in English as well as Hindi language. • Information of DEO/ BLO can be received by the citizens. • Provision for master data entry of DEO / ERO / BLO mobile no. • Facility of sending SMS to all the DEO’s/ERO’s/BLO’s at a time. • SMS sent reports can be viewed on daily, monthly basis.
SMS based Voter Help Line System SMS based Voter Help Line System was started by the Department in General Vidhan Sabha Election, 2008 and it was repeated in Lok Sabha, 2009 also. A good response was received by the Department of this facility. This facility will be re-launched by the Department in next month with new flavors. 33

CALL CENTER & PGR WEBSITE State Level Call Center with 1950 facility was started from December, 2011. Accounts of all 33 DEOs & 200 EROs are created in the PGR System. Accounts of all BLOs of State have been created in PGR System.
CALL CENTER & PGR WEBSITE contd. Complaints received by post are also forwarded to DEOs for disposal. Complaints are also received at SUGAM portal started by Govt. of Rajasthan. These complaints are also forwarded to DEOs. The appropriate action taken by them is also entered in this portal. 37
On Line Publication of PER 2013 • Department has made the on line publication of Draft and Final Photo Electoral Roll 2013 of all 45334 polling station on the website on the same date of publication of Photo Electoral Roll.
