Body • Use a Style Guide or go to reserve book room for a business communication text. • Set the context for the study (usually one page) • Define the problem (2 -3 sentences) • Provide an analysis of factors contributing to problem • Provide alternatives (usually three) • Make recommendation • Support analysis tools, alternatives and recommendation with citations to text (APA or MLA citation format acceptable.
