  1. Graphene Ink: The Advanced Ink for Printing Electronics

  2. Graphene inks Similar to conventional printing, printed electronics applies ink onto paper, plastic or other substrates. Because electrical conductors are essential for printed electronic devices, significant efforts by Nanotech Energy have been devoted to the development of functional conductive materials. Graphene and graphene-based materials have superb electronic structure and therefore can provide excellent properties including high chemical and thermal stability as well as outstanding electrical conductivity.

  3. Graphene is often used for converting into safer and powerful products. These products can be used for more power storage. One of the most demanding Graphene powered product is Graphene Ink. Graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, and metal-based nanomaterials are used for creating highly conductive and resistive ink. These inks have its uses in different consumer electronics applications including photovoltaics, touch panels, and flexible circuit. Graphene Ink can be used in: • Radio Frequency Identification • Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

  4. Graphene ink can be applied with widely available non-vacuum coating techniques such as inkjet, gravure, screen, aerosol, jet, spray, and dispensing. Graphene & related products Since it was discovered more than a decade ago, graphene has attracted interest thanks to its unusual electrical, electronic, optical, and mechanical properties which opens the door for a wide range of technological applications. However, the production of functional graphene materials on a large scale has been challenging, but Nanotech Energy has advanced its production technology to where this is no longer true.

  5. Types of Graphene Ink: • Inkjet Printable Graphene Ink • This inkjet printing offers a promising method for rapid prototyping and fabrication of various printed electronic devices due to its non-contact, digital nature and broad material compatibility. Inkjet printing is an essential capability for integrating grapheme into printed devices. • Gravure Printable Graphene Ink • This is used for roll-to-roll patterning for large scale production of printed electronics. Graphene inks have been developed for gravure printing which is based on EC and terpinol.
