world trade center attacks • Bush passed the Patriot Act which gives the Government the right to pick up any American and hold him without charges. • He blamed Iraq instead of Al Qaeda even thought Osama bin laden admitted he was the one that was in charge of the attack. • We went at war with Iraq too because Bush said they had “weapons of mass destruction” • He sent troops to the middle east in search of Osama Bin Laden • Thousands of troops died in the middle east • We still haven't found Bin Laden FAIL
The War on terrorism • After the 9/11 attacks, Bush declared a War on Terrorism. • American troops were fighting in Iraq and are still fighting in Afghanistan. • Thousands of soldiers have died and there more than likely will be more.
The U.S. economy fell into a recession in December 2007 There wasn’t much bush could do about it;; he’s only one man. But… He pledged $800 billion to break through blockades on credit cards, auto loans, mortgages and other borrowing. Obviously, it didn’t work out that well Economic crisis in America
