  4. How to Get Materials • W-APT materials available on Wida.us • Ordering file to MetriTech on December 5, 2014 • All updates to student data by this date • Materials will be in LEA by mid-January

  5. Additional Materials • LEA Test Coordinators/Charter School Test Directors will receive Additional Materials Order form. • It will also be available on Metritech.com

  8. How to Have Successful Administrations • The LEA Test Coordinators/Charter School Test Directors will help you acquire the appropriate materials for testing. • Accountability will post TNN messages to keep everyone informed.

  9. Important Dates • Testing Window: February 2–March 13, 2015 • Materials shipped back to MetriTech by March 20, 2015 • Data Validation Window: April 21–May 2, 2015

  10. W-APT Testing Window • All year long … • Initial assessment required within 30 calendar days of enrollment at the beginning of the school year or 14 calendar days if the student enrolls after the beginning of the school year.

  12. Lessons Learned • More tier A and tier C test books in overage • Additional materials requests will not require approval by me (small orders). • Large print requests will go directly to MetriTech.

  13. OTISS vs. RCR • When should an ACCESS or W-APT testing irregularity be reported in OTISS? • Anytime one occurs. • RCR should be made when irregularity occurs due to incorrect data in CFDC.

  14. Irregularity Types • Which irregularity types necessitate a Record Change Request (RCR)? • Student not required to take test • Failure to test eligible students

  15. Transfer Students • Download Student Transfer form from Metritech.com • Sending and receiving LEAs must both fill out form • Ensures combining of scores and correct recipient of score report
