Idaho Community College Mission Community colleges are an integral and vital component of higher education in Idaho. Idaho community colleges provide the citizens with high-quality, accessible, affordable, educational opportunities that minimize barriers to post-secondary education, maximize student success, develop a competent workforce, and improve the lives and well being of the people in the state and communities they serve.
