  3. Step 1:2 • Step 1: look for a video of your choice. (youtube) you can also make a personal video. • Step2: copy the URL Address for the video you would like to use.

  4. Step 3:4 • Step 3 Copy the URL Address and paste it in Keepvid.com to download the video • Step 4: download the video using mp4 or flv

  5. Step 5:6 • Step5: save the video for further use. • Step 6: go to Kinovea

  6. Step 7:8 • Step7: Click on File on the top left hand corner • Step 8: click on Open Video File

  7. Step 9:10 • Step9: Click on the video you want on Kinovea • Step10: Click OPEN to put video in Kinovea

  8. Step 11:12 • Step11: Drag the video to the plan section of Kinovea • Step 12: Choose the type of screen you would like to use.

  9. Step 13:14 • Step 13: Make the necessary adjustments in Kinovea using position to slow the video. • Step 14: Slow down the video to 75% • Step 15: click on magnifying glass and put it on the spot you want it.

  10. Step 15:16 • Step16: After finishing the video, save video. • Step 17: Upload video to YouTube.
