  2. What is On-The-Job training? Hands- on training program that you design for qualified new employees in the areas of CDL, Healthcare, IT, and Manufacturing. A reimbursement to offset training costs (50%-90% reimbursement of hourly wage for qualified employees) An opportunity to train employees your way An investment in your company

  3. How does it work? We match qualified applicants with approved job openings in the areas of CDL, Healthcare, IT, and Manufacturing, or you can refer potential applicants to us that you plan to hire within these sectors We work together to design a training plan that meets your needs You are reimbursed 50%-90% of the hourly wage for the new employee during the OJT contract period (maximum 6 months)

  4. Who Can I Hire? Potential new employees must be unemployed and eligible and receiving Unemployment benefits or have received and exhausted Unemployment benefits for at least 27 weeks (does not have to be consecutive weeks), and meet criteria as a Dislocated Worker. A Dislocated Worker is an individual who has been laid off or terminated due to economic conditions, business closure, substantial layoff, or a natural disaster, and is unlikely to return to the previous industry or occupation.
