Planning & Evaluation: Out with the OLD: 2003- 2006 Strategic Plan Goals, Objectives, Status & Outcomes, References Most important goal and objectives went unsolved ALU and PPCP Debriefs No evaluation in relation to mission No formal planning documents in response to feedback
