With a reflexive verb, the action reflects back on the subject • Ex: I wash myself / me lavo • The infinitives have se attached to them (lavarse) • The se changes according to the subject of the verb • Reflexive Pronouns are placed before the verb or they are attached to the infinitive if this verb is the second verb. • Example: • Yo me lavo las manos • Yo quierolavarmelas manos
When using a reflexive with a part of the body; use a definite article (el-la-los-las) • Example: Yo me lavo las manos.
