  15. Normal Operating Procedures • Hours of Operation • Monday-Friday 6am – 7pm • Saturday 6am-2pm • Sunday Closed • 6:30pm Monday-Friday • 1:30pm Saturday • One employee will print all new contact information entered into Act! Database that day. • Make sure everything is saved to hard drive.

  16. Back Up Procedures • Friday 6:30pm • All information will be saved onto a CD-RW disc • CD will be taken to an off-site location by the owner

  17. Failure Operating Procedures • Call Owner • Owner will bring the CDs that have been stored off-site • Saved information will be loaded onto new computers
