  5. Presentation • Basic presentation features  • Does not support *.pptx files for conversion to Presentations • Files that are *.ppt may be converted and edited • Currently no animations to slides

  6. Spreadsheet • Create online spreadsheets • Share with permissions • Recently included multiple tabs, as in Excel • Includes most basic spreadsheet needs

  7. Form • Create online forms with the click of a few buttons • Can be embedded within an email • Data is conveniently stored into a Google Spreadsheet

  8. Google Drawing • A simple drawing program • Diagrams • Organizational Charts • Flow Charts • Collaboration/sharing  • Can be inserted into other Google Docs

  9. Google Voice • Enhances your current phone • Provides one number that can ring anywhere • Voice messages are transcribed into an email-like format • Send and receive SMS (aka text) messages
