Ingredients: 130 g flour 130 g minced walnuts 30 g icing sugar 120 g butter or stiffened butter 3 g soda chocolate frosting (bitter chocolate, butter)
Instructions: Mix sifted flour with sifted sugar, nuts, soda and butter. Work it up to smooth paste. Leave it in the frige for an hour. Shape rolls . Bake at 180°C until they become gold.
Melt chocolate with a spoon of butter in a water spa and make chocolate frosting. When the nut rolls get cool you can dip horns to chocolate frosting.
