Glue Schema Testbed • Requirements • At least 4 sites, 2 in the US and 2 in EU • At each site - one CE, where at least one site in the EU and one site in the US has more then one machine, • at least one of those is heterogeneous • One should run PBS or LSF, one should run condor. • No dedicated access to the resources needed. • The CE's must all register with a central GIIS • Must run Globus • Deadline: End of May
Status • Nodes are identified in the US • CMS is providing a condor pool CE with one head node and 5 worker nodes • Atlas is providing a CE running lsf and one CE with fork • ANL and ISI have set up and provided a node each • Final configuration is underway • GIIS is up and running
Status • Documentation is being developed which will describe how users and hosts can join the testbed • Initial docs: http://www.isi.edu/~deelman/ivdgl/index.html • Information will be made available on iGOC in the future • Nodes in the US accept INFN certs—what other ones do we need to accept? All EDG certs?
Accounts • Currently generic accounts ivdgl01-ivdgl20 • Web site provides a list of dns for users • Administrators will build their own gridmap files to map these users to the generic accounts
EU Partner Pages • How to setup user accounts • How to get the current gridmap file • How to get the current DOESG CA certificate revocation list • All available at www.isi.edu/~deelman/ivdgl/index.html
Next steps • Testing of the US side of the testbed • Identify who will be doing the testing of the glue schema • Setup accounts for testers • Upload the new glue schema and install the necessary information providers when they become available in June
