  2. To develop an action plan to explain the best solution idea, and to show its relevance and importance to the underlying problem and its impact on the future scene. Objective

  3. Develop your highest scoring solution idea into an action plan. Think of your solution idea as an overview of your action plan. Explain the who, what, when, where, how and why

  4. Consider sources of assistance and resistance to your action plan. Illustrate the positive impact of the action plan on the future scene.

  5. The solution idea that receives the highest total in the grid in Step 5 forms your action plan---no ifs, ands or buts! The solution idea must be the primary focus of your action plan in Step 6 Develop an action plan that represents your proposal for solving the underlying problem. Developing an action plan involves moving from creative ideas into action; a new idea is incomplete until you know how to make it into a workable idea.

  6. Write at least 3 complete paragraphs. The first is an overview of the plan. The second is the why and how the plan solves the underlying problem. The third tells the why and how the plan will have an impact on the future scene and topic, and a positive effect on society.

  7. Who will carry out the plan or be involved? What will be done to solve the problem? When will results begin and will it continue? Where will the plan be implemented? Why will this positively impact the Future Scene and topic? How will the action plan be carried out? How does it positively impact the Underlying Problem? How does it positively impact the future scene? How does it positively impact the topic? Describe:
