  6. 牛小排ㄉ材料 • 材料:(原始材料:牛肉1.1LB, 500g) 牛小排4-5條(一條有三個骨節,依骨節切成三小塊) 原始醃肉料:a 梨子Pear:1/2 個,磨成泥 (不曉得是不是西洋梨,沒買到,所以用一小匙水果醋代替)b 青蔥: 2支 (切段)c 大蒜: 6瓣 (切細碎)d 醬油: 4 大匙(table spoon) (或5大匙)e 糖: 2大匙f (香)麻油: 1大匙g 米酒(或雪莉酒或日本清酒): 1小匙h 芝麻粒(烘烤過的): 1小匙i 黑胡椒: 少許

  7. 做法 • 做法很簡單, 混合醃肉料,將牛小排醃兩小時(以上), 用多量油炸/炒熟即可(約1~~1+1/2 杯的油吧!看肉量多寡,如果是牛肉片,可用一般炒肉的油量就好了), 牛小排亦可用炭火烤,會更好吃
