  2. Background - Problem • Low use of biking to connect to transit systems • Lack of data analysis identifying bicycle and transit connections

  3. Background - Scope • Novice Riders • Central lightlink rail north extension • UW Station to Northgate

  4. Background - Goal • Identify the maximum distance novice riders could bike the distance within 5-10 minutes • Allow SDOT to: • Identify areas of insufficient bike connections • Prioritize stations with the most potential riders
