Types of Programs • Traditional, 60 minute program • Two-part, 120 minute program • Round Table- 60 minutes of facilitated discussion
Timeline for Program Planning and Selection • May 2011 • Proposals due Friday, May 20,2011 • Submit electronically via the GLACUHO website • Summer • Notification of program acceptance (late June/ early July) • Initial contact with assigned liaison from the Programming and Development (P&D) committee • September • Changes communicated through P&D liaison • Conference registration and travel/ lodging arrangements • October • Final details and preparations made • Last minute questions or concerns communicated P&D liaison • November • Attend conference, November 13-15 in Grand Rapids, Michigan
