  2. Personal Trainer Putney • At personal trainer Putney we often get asked what are our personal training packages and what do our weight loss programs really look like?

  3. Personal Trainer Weight Loss Program • As we’ve said before weight loss is 80% food and 20% exercise. So food is the most import thing. Firstly, we’ll ask you to take a food diary where you record everything you eat and drink for a week. • This will give us a window into your diet and it’ll give you a really interesting view of how you’re eating. It looks very different all written down in front of you like that and it can be a shocking and sobering sight.

  4. Healthy Snacks and Lunches • From there we’ll begin to identify small changes you can make to improve your diet and work towards your weight loss goals. This will be things like eating more protein, making sure you have healthy snacks and lunches available to you do you don’t have to unthinkingly eat out during the work day, and things like that. • At personal trainer Putney we recommend you weight yourself once a week and take a photo of yourself every month. This way you have the data and evidence to see if things are working or not. If they are, great! Keep going. If not then it’s telling us we need to change some things.
