Training Methodology : Focus on Concepts and Practical Exposure • For In-plant training - The required hardware and software for training will be carried by Prolific • Customization of course to suit your specific needs with more emphasis on practical training. • Training modules can be customised for technicians, design engineers, maintenance engineers and technical managers • Focus on practicals- Programming, wiring, trouble shooting and maintenance of assets • Problems/issues faced in the plants will be discussed and addressed • Feedback from the participants will be taken regularly • Post training tests will be conducted, to access the effectiveness of the training program
Training Methodology- Industrial automation Industrial training is all about practice on actual platforms used on the shop floor • Pre-test and post test – 5% • Explaining concepts – 20-25% of training duration • Practical Exposure (Programming, wiring, connecting field equipments, forcing I/Os, trouble shooting, back-up and restoring, identification of faulty modules) – 75-80% of training duration
