Data/Information gathering issues • Information gathering is a ex-post process • Multiplication of effort • Multiplication of errors • Multiplication van information • No ”on time” delivery of information • Lack of synchronisation between de information gathering processes and the business processes • Information reduced to documentary or even just anecdotic value • No consistent aggregation possible  no consistent measurements
