How do we do all of this? • Annual Funding-memberships, Birdies for Charity, Tuition, Grants, Gifts, Sponsorships • Good fiscal practices • Volunteers! Over 4,500 hours logged last year. • MWC spends 87% of our budget on our literary arts programs and services and 13% on fundraising and administrative fees. • Endowment Fund • Use local vendors whenever possible
