  4. New EU members: Which: • Estonia – Lavitha – Lithuania – Hungary – Cyprus – Slovenia – Poland – Malta – Slowakia – and Czech Republic Where: • ??? Why: • Promoting the profession in this new EU member countries and supporting accessing countries. What: • Demands, needs

  5. New EU members: How: • Contacts • (national associations) • Internal CLGE strategy for support • (support the development of the national associations, advising on national surveying laws) • Budget • (EU funding) • Working party • (Tasks, milestones)

  9. How: • By the implementation of the CLGE Vision and working out the proposed CLGE working plan in the period of 2003 – 2005.

  10. But: All this activities can only be succesful with the help and support of the GA !!!! So as Winston Churchill said in 1943: “GIVE US THE TOOLS AND WE FIX THE JOB”
