INSTRUMENT REQUIREMENTSPERSONALITY PROFILING 1) Determine personality traits that appear, a priori, relevant to emergency evacuations of aircraft. 2) Completed in 5 minutes or less. 3) Could be adjusted for and validated for various cultures and languages commonly encountered in airline passengers & crew. 4) Easy to modify as knowledge is gained about the psychological factors that impact aircraft evacuation behavior. 4
