Jeudi le 21 novembre La fête de l’Action de grâces provient d’une ancienne tradition la célébration des récoltes agricoles Cette fête, très populaire aux États-Unis (Thanksgiving),a été célébrée pour la première fois en 1621par les pélerins européens qui venaient de s'établir en terre américaine. La fête de Thanksgiving (dont le nom signifie "Action de grâce")est célébrée au Canada le deuxième lundi d’octobre et aux Etats-Unis le dernier jeudi du mois de novembre.
