History Accomplishments Since 2002 Shipped over 90,000 total HP units Configured over 16,000 servers Collected over 10,000 942’s We are moving into the 10th year of NMSO 3 years with Compaq 7 years with HP Over 30 years of total experience with the program I have been the lead on the project for all 10 years Greg has handled day to day aspects for 9 years – Really the lead!!! The products team has 10 years of experience with the program Michele (ISS) & Dinah (PSG) Tech Data is THE NMSO distributor in Canada.

CTO Process • NMSO CTO Server Process: • for any server bundle where the HP part number ends "-CN9" • Reseller quotes the Government using the CAG website • Reseller receives 942 or PO from the government • Reseller submits 942 to Tech Data • Reseller receives quote from Tech Data • Reseller places order with Sales team • NMSO team confirms • Order is submitted to HP • Servers ship configured from HP Houston direct to the end user • Order is invoiced

Key Facts: To avoid delay: Always say “The Cardholder is ...” on a CC order Ensure your customer has signed the 942 Only one Standing Offer can be referenced on a 942 or government PO If the 942 is exceptionally vague (such as a description of “desktop”) send a quote with it, Avoid mistakes Do not combine multiple 942’s on to a single order with Tech Data Do not modify the 942 as it will be reviewed by PWGSC

Escalation To escalate an NMSO Order that is overdue or has NO ETA Contact your Tech Data Sales team They will add your order to the HP Escalation list for either PSG (Desktops & Notebooks) or ISS/Storage (Servers) This list is sent to HP once a day Tech Data NMSO team follows up with HP daily Once HP have responded, Tech Data will contact you Your issue IS OUR issue and we will do what ever we can to fix it for you
