Our Demographics cont. • 3/9 exercised • 2 exercised at Curves, 1 exercised at Fordham United Methodist Church • Those who did not exercise cited work as reason • 3/9 cited Curves as a place to exercise, 1/9 cited Bally’s Total Fitness, 6/9 did not know • 3/9 cited alcohol/drugs as major community health problem, 1/9 cited asthma

Recommendations/Follow Up • Explore other areas of the neighborhood more thoroughly • Discussing fitness options with Joyce Wong of the Family Health Center • Create a more permanent delineation of walking route and try to create an exercise group • Create pamphlet of fitness options to distribute to patients • Create bulletin board in waiting of Family Health Center
