Preservation- to keep (something) in its original state or in good condition 4. Enact- to make (a bill or other legislation) officially become part of the law 5. Constitute- to make up or form something 6. Submission - an act of giving a document, proposal, piece of writing, etc., to someone so that it can be considered or approved

Separatists- a member of a group of people who want to form a new country, religion, etc., that is separate from the one they are in now 10. Constraint- control that limits or restricts someone's actions or behavior 15. Anarchy- a situation of confusion and wild behavior in which the people in a country, group, organization, etc., are not controlled by rules or laws 16. Indigenous- produced, living, or existing naturally in a particular region or environment
