  3. Viaje a Marte- Trip to Mars • Main Character- Antonio • Plot- Antonio went to Mars as a child, as he grows up, he starts to think whether the trip was real or fantasy. • Important Vocab- • Cohete- rocket • Nave- spaceship • Camioneta- pickup truck

  4. Verbs- Ser and Estar • Ser- to be • Permanent qualities • Use when qualities don’t change with the passing time • Estar- to be • Temporary qualities • Qualities that change with time

  5. Celebracion de la Fantasia • Important Vocab- • Atrasar- to run slow • La pobreza- poverty • Rodear- to surround • Important Questions • Does the watch run well? • What did the first child want?

  6. La Clonacion • Important Vocab- • Curar- to cure • La polemica- heated debate • Clonar- to clone

  7. El OtroCirculo • Important Vocab- • Moribundo- dying • La cicatriz- scar • La tormenta- storm • Plot- • A doctor received a call to go help a dying man he had to take a taxi to get there. The taxi driver was very strange and there were problems along the way.
