Technical Background • Industrial Engineering Technologist • University Graduate in Business Administration • Graduate of Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program • Personal Experience in Home Design & Construction • Member of OACETT (Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologists) • Member of NACHI(National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) • Member of OAHI (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors) • Registered with Royal LePage Relocation Services

Our Company • Based in Stittsville • Built on a foundation of Communication • The process of buying and selling a house can be a stressful period for some, and no-one needs a home inspector to complicate the process. • We strive to ensure the client is comfortable during the inspection and that all questions within our scope are answered. • Facts are stated as we see them, in a clear and concise manner. Major conditions uncovered during the inspection shall be identified in detail, and summarized in “The Big Picture” of our reporting system. • Clients must be aware of all major conditions, what needs to be done to correct them, when and by whom.
