  3. Der Hund Beiβt den Mann. • The person being acted apon is the man. He is being acted apon by the dog.

  4. In this case, the man is acted upon by the dog. He receives the action. Only the article is going to change (der -> den), not the noun.

  5. Er hat einen Bruder.

  6. Ich kaufe den grünen Pulli.
