BHCIG proposal for additional skills • Skills can be divided into 3 categories: • 1. User Needs Analysis (level 3-5) • 2. Usability in Design [Systems Ergonomics] (levels 3-5) • 3. Usability Evaluation (levels 2-5) • 3 further related categories within the scope of “User Experience”: • 4. Interaction, Interface and Graphic Design • 5. Media creation (multimedia) • 6. Documentation • Development through any of these towards facilitating and influencing - "making it happen" in projects and organisations. • 7. Human Factors Integration (level 5-7)
