To Thaw: Open the case and remove the required number of trays. Poke a hole in the shrink wrap covering the trays to allow any condensation to escape. Let thaw in the tray at room temperature for approximately 5-6 hours. Do not stack trays during thawing. To Warm Thawed Product in a Conventional Oven: Pre-heat an oven to 325° F. Remove shrink wrap from trays. Remove the number of items needed from the tray and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet with the items into the 325° F oven and warm for approximately 5 to 10 minutes until the pastry is warmed completely through. Any remaining product can be covered with plastic wrap and stored for approximately 2-3 days under refrigeration. Before serving, remember to warm any refrigerated pastries in the same manner as above. To Warm in a Microwave Oven: Thawed individual products can be heated in a commercial microwave on high for approximately 5 to 10 second bursts.
