  10. Resulting sometimes in this…….

  11. Then expecting them to undertake this

  12. To secure…….

  13. One of these…….

  14. Discipline specific skills

  15. Good technological / IT skills

  16. Team workers

  17. Flair for creativity

  18. Innovative approaches

  19. With better financial acumen than…

  20. Better social skills than Russell…

  21. Potential for leadership

  22. Good presentation skills

  23. Sound negotiation skills

  24. That are informed about green issues

  25. And sustainability

  26. Understand production demands

  27. Globalisation

  28. An informed view on global ethics

  29. Flexible and adaptive

  30. Confident

  31. Self aware

  32. Learn to learn skills

  33. 70 : 1 students to GLE jobs

  34. The entrepreneur

  35. Education factories?

  36. Homogenised

  37. Standardised

  38. Risk averse

  39. Obsessed with paperwork

  40. And just really rather dull….

  41. Enterprise needs to be given importance

  42. Fundamental to the curriculum in most subjects

  43. Need staff to teach it

  44. Support

  45. What we do in the 21st C

  46. Applaud student success
