  1. N&C

  2. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the leading mines owner of various minerals like iron ore, calcite, lime stone, feldspar, quartz, china clay, etc in Rajasthan (India) since 25 years. We are also engaged in manufacture of micaceousiron oxide, other various iron oxides and iron ore fines.Wesupply and export these minerals to big companies on regular basis.

  3. This Mineral is a variety of Iron Oxide known as Micaceous Hematite .Iron Oxide is a unique mineral and a very different from other grades of Iron Ore. The production of Micaceous Iron Oxide is very limited in our Country. SYNONYMS Micaceous Hematite ,Natural Lamellar Hematite, Specular Iron Oxide , Micaceous Iron Oxide, Natural Hematite Ore MICACEOUS IRON OXIDE

  4. Industrial Application:Due to high percentage of purity i.e. 98% Ferric Oxide Contents, MIO has various industrial applications. Some of the important uses are narrated below:Arc Welding Rods (Electrodes): Natural Micaceous Iron is used in manufacturing of Electric Welding Rods. In Electrodes (Arc Welding) Industries, It is used as one of the ingredient of flux mixtures. Other Applications :There are so many chemical producing units which requires Ferric Oxide Contents (Fe2O3) in maximum quantity in concentrated form to prepare their products. General maximum concentration of Fe2O3 (Ferric Oxide) is found in best quality red Oxide which does not exceed 68%. Wherever such high concentrated Fe2O3 is required, our mineral powder is successful to give best and economized results. It is being successfully used in all type of electrical and industrial equipments including bridge and oil rig structural protective coatings. Its also being used Successfully in paint primers ,paint pigments, corrosion and whether resistant paints. The horizontal layering of the lamellar (micaceous) particles , overlapping like scales on a fish ,gives strength to the paint and acts as an inert barrier to the vertical penetration of corrosive elements and ultraviolet light.

  5. IRON ORE A naturally occurring mineral from which iron(Fe) metal is extracted in various forms viz hot metal/ DRI,etc. There are two major varieties used for iron making :Hematite ore (containing Fe2O3)and Magnetite (containing Fe3O4). Iron ore is typically classified as high grade(+65% Fe), medium grade(+62% – 65% Fe) and low grade (-62%Fe). Iron ore is traded in LUMPS (sized ore) or FINES. We offer high grade(55% to 65%) iron ore fines and lumps. The iron ore supplied by us forms a major component for the iron and steel and downstream industries. We ensure complete satisfaction to our clients by supplying custom and standard sizes of our iron ore.

  6. IRON ORE FINES Low grade iron ore(-62% Fe) cant be used in metallurgical plants and thus needs to be upgraded to increase the iron content and reduce the gauge content. We convert the low grade (-62%Fe) magnetite & hematite ore into high grade (+62%Fe) by using variety of different separation techniques including screens ,jigs ,spirals ,cyclones, magnetic & gravity separation, combination of solid state reduction, mechanical working and physical electromagnetic separation, etc giving iron recovery of >97%.

  7. IRON ORE ANALYSIS (magnetite)

  8. IRON ORE ANALYSIS (HEMATITE)

  9. BLACK IRON OXIDE Iron(II,III) oxide is the chemical compound with formula Fe3O4. It is one of a number of iron oxide. It is found in nature as the mineral magnetite. It contains both Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions and is sometimes formulated as FeO.Fe2O3. It is encountered in the laboratory as a black powder. It exhibits permanent magnetism and is ferrimagnetic , but is sometimes incorrectly described as ferromagnetic. Its most extensive use is as a black pigment in paints , cement tiles, mosaics, terrazzo, in textile industry, in cathodes, in linoleum , etc.

  10. Red Iron Oxide Powder What is Red Iron OxideHematite is an important ore of iron and it's blood red color (in the powdered form) lends itself well in use as a pigment. Hematite gets its name from a Greek word meaning blood-like because of the color of its powder. Ancient superstition held that large deposits of hematite formed from battles that were fought and the subsequent blood that flowed into the ground. Crystals of Hematite are considered rare and are sought after by collectors as are fine Kidney Ore specimens.Hematite is the most important source of iron ore in the world. The production of iron has been important to nations of the world for over 2500 years. Today the addition of other minerals to iron has lead to the production of steel which is vital to the economy of the major countries on Earth. Hematite has a red or black color but the streak is always red. The iron in the hematite turns red when it comes in contact with water and oxygen. In other words this rock is rusted!! RED IRON OXIDE

  11. Red iron oxide is lightfast, chemically stable and color controlled with narrowly defined parameters. This product may be used in paints , roofing tiles, asphalt, concrete products, sand lime bricks, paper and cardboard, plastic, rubber products, artificial leather, wood stain floor, and shoe polish cattle and poultry feed, fertilizers, glass, ceramics in as well as many other applications requiring a cost effective , easily dispersed natural red iron oxide.

  12. IRON OXIDE RED Analysis report

  13. Hematite is chemically inert ferric oxide mineral which cannot rust as the particles are in fully oxidized form . Hematite grade offered contents less then 0.3% free silica. CHEMICAL PROPERTIES AVAILABLE Fe2O3 = 96 % - 98% SiO2 =<1.20% Al2O3 =<1.00% TiO2 =0.10% APPLICATIONS (Abrasive blasting, in ferrite, glass, oil drilling and removal of mill scale) AVAILABILITY: 1. COARSE = 12 - 40 mesh Suited for more aggressive blasting of heavy corrosion and coatings removal. 2. MEDIUM = 16 - 60 mesh A fast cleaning and low abrasive dusting 3. FINE = 30 - 60 mesh A heavy hard abrasive offering an exceptionally fast cleaning rate with reduced abrasive consumption. HEMATITE (Fe2O3)
