Florida’s Legislative Report • Florida Senate Bill 2254 (2001) • Definition: “Supportive Housing is an array of individualized services and supports to assist each person with a serious mental illness to choose, get and keep regular, integrated, safe and affordable housing. In order for supportive housing to work successfully, the program must have three elements: housing production; services and supports; and rent subsidies.” SB 2254 Report
