  1. I was able to get "arc welding wire" (orange), it says on it " Carol Super VU-TRON Welding Cable Extra flexible, 600volts, -50+ 90C temps, oil resistant, P-123-141" I got 24 feet of this for 11.50! WHAT A BUYThen I went to NAPA where they had the least expensive Ring connectors in town for 50 cents each Part number NR614 (14 each 1/4 inch), and 1each 3/8 inch terminal connector.I also bought shrink wrap from the electrical shop for 1.36 cents for 4 feet.TOTAL COST OF EVERYTHING: $21.36 much cheaper by about 8.00 dollars over HOME DEPOT!

  2. 14 Each 1/4 inch round connectors 24 feet of 6 gauge multi-strand ground wire. This is welding wire purchased at the local electrical shop for $11.50 total. 1 Each 3/8 inch 3M Shrink wrap, 4 feet. $1.50

  4. YES…. THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT IS DIRTY!

  5. I removed the battery using a 10MM wrench for routing the cables.

  6. Battery removed with battery pad heater for Alaska.

  7. This is ground #1 Remove the top bolt and place this grounding wire on top of this grounding wire.

  8. Place a ground wire from point #1 to point #2. This is ground #2

  9. To ground #1 Place a ground wire from point #1 to point #3. Also another wire from #3 to #8 negative terminal This is ground #3

  10. To ground #5 This is ground #4 Place wire from #4 to #5

  11. Place wire from #5 to #6 This is ground #5

  12. Place wire from #6 to #8 (negative terminal) This is ground #6

  13. This is ground #7

  14. 1/4 to #8 negative terminal Place this wire with one 1/4 inch connector and the other 3/8 inch connector to points #7 to #8. 3/8 to #7 engine ground

  15. 3/8 to #7 engine ground

  16. #6 #5 #1 #7 #4 #2 #3

  17. 4 feet of Shrink Wrap 10mm Blade used to cut the rubber away from wire. Cross tip 3/16mm Carol Super V-Tron Welding Cable- Extra Flexible, 600 volt(-50+90C) Oil Resistant, P-123-141, 6 AWG, Arc Welding Cable. 10mm 12mm
