  5. Types of manufacturing: • Mass- produced in large quantities • Custom- unique product made specifically for a customer

  6. Intermediaries: • Add value to product by moving goods from producer to consumer • Wholesalers- sells to retailer and sometimes directly to consumer • Retailers- sells directly to consumer

  7. Service: • A business producing an intangible product through the efforts of people
