Missouri Southern State University Concealed Carry Weapon Permit Course(Must be a minimum age of 21 years old) These courses are open to the public and are located in our indoor climate controlled firing range (8 hour course) *Legal and practical aspects of CCW *Safety & Cleaning *Loading & Unloading of Weapons *Firearms Training Simulator Scenarios *Practicing and qualification of live fire which is necessary to obtain the permit. New House Bill 294 requirements: permit applicants must shoot a revolver and semi-automatic handgun. 50 rounds through each weapon. (100 rounds total). The cost of the Carry Concealed Weapon course is: $100.00 – Registrant supplies their own weapons and ammunition. $125.00 – Registrant supplies one weapon and ammunition for that weapon. $150.00 – MSSU supplies registrant with both weapons and ammunition.
