  2. Open up Splashtop Whiteboard on your computer • Your first time you will need to • create a Splashtop Account. • Click on “Create One”

  3. Creating your Account • Once you have entered in your • work email and password you can • click on “Create Account”

  4. Settings • Check your settings: • Ensure that “Enable Auto Launch” is • Checked • I suggest keeping output sound • to either your computer or both • your computer and the mobile • device • I also suggest unchecking “Improve • This Product”

  5. Security You absolutely need to “Require Security Code” This will ensure that no one other than you can access your computer from a mobile device using Splashtop Whiteboard. Be sure it is a password you can remember.

  6. Advanced Settings • To connect to your iPad you will need to know your IP Address located on the advanced settings tab. • Next, open up Splashtop on your iPad

  7. Splashtop On Your iPAD • Once you open up Splashtop and click through the introduction. This screen will show up. • Click on the “+” in the upper left.

  8. Splashtop on your iPAD • Name your computer. Can be any name. • Type in the IP Address you wrote down from the “Advanced” settings tab on your computer Splashtop program. • Click Save in the upper left

  9. Splashtop on your iPAD • Next find your computer from the list. • Click on that and you are all set.

Additional Help • The following link will take you to the Splashtop website for information on how to use the Annotation Mode on the Splashtop Whiteboard App. • http://ow.ly/t26N1 • This will allow you to write over anything that is happening on your computer screen and being projected to your whiteboard. In essence creating a mobile interactive whiteboard.
