  5. Heb. 5:12-14 godly • Babes - Full Age • Unskillful • Eph.4:11-16 - mature • II Pet. 3:18 = grow

  6. Matt. 28:18-20 godly • Teaching others • Active Verbs “go” • Teach • Baptize • Teach

  7. Heb. 12:11 E.S.V. godly “For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”

  8. II. Results of Exercise Grow Strong and Mature Heb.5:13-14 Milk = unskillful Meat = full age

  9. 1 Cor. 16:13 NKJV “Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.” • Mature can see danger • Mature make good Decisions • Not tossed around

  14. Rev. 21:27 NKJV “But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.”

  15. Spiritual Exercise Promise of the Life here and hereafter More important than physical exercise

  16. 2 Cor. 13:5 “Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.” Keep a chart of your spiritual exercise
