  3. SPA Contract Administrators Duties: • Coordinate operations with host district; • Management of all aspect of helicopter contract; • Provide weekly reports to Salem Protection Finance; • Track Pilot flight and duty time to ensure compliance with the Aviation Procedures Manual (APM).

District/Area/Association Resources • Springfield Agreement with Weyerhaeuser Bell 212, Bell 206 • Douglas Forest Protective Association Contract 1 UH-1H Restricted • Coos Forest Protective Association Contract Bell 206 Restricted • Medford Contract 1 UH-1H and Bell 206 Helitack in cooperation with BLM
