Why home movers? • For many, moving home is a catalyst for changing services • We are currently working with over 800 Lettings and Estate Agents across the UK • Our fibre-optic footprint is 14M homes and growing • We can offer customer 150MB+ broadband speeds and advanced TiVo multi-channel TV • Simple and quick referral process • Partners are paid commission for every customer who takes Virgin Media services

Proposition - Customer • Home-movers deal: £25 credit on top of any direct Virgin Media deal • Student pre-registration deal: £35 credit on top of any direct Virgin Media deal • Bespoke (and exclusive) co-funded activity/propositions where appropriate Proposition - Partner • Branch level support via VM Account Managers • Training, briefing and coaching sessions for staff • Regular review meetings covering commissions, lead quality, conversions • Point of Sale material and other marketing collateral as required • Dedicated on-shore “home-movers” telesales team for lead conversion • Commission payments to staff – recommended minimum £10/sale
